Advertising must not contain any content, products, services, adult content or other information that, in Australian CBD 's reasonable determination, may be illegal to sell under any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation, that may infringe or violate anyone's rights, or that, Australian CBD believes, in its sole discretion, is inflammatory, offensive, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of Australian CBD website.

2. Advertising must not violate any intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, patents, trade marks, trade names, copyright and design rights) or other rights of any person.

3. Advertising will not include any material of any kind that may be defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, unlawful, obscene, offensive, profane, indecent or otherwise objectionable material of any kind.

4. Advertising will not include any material that may be considered as misleading or deceptive or likely to mislead or deceive. Information must not contain references to unapproved, banned, illicit or otherwise illegal drugs.

5. Advertising will not include any listing information that features or advertises businesses not operating in Australian.

These criteria are minimum requirements only, and Australian CBD, in its sole discretion, may consider other criteria before accepting or rejecting advertising with Australian CBD.

We do not accept websites that promote any illegal activity and will not display any photos or text of an adult nature. Any such photos or text will be deleted from the website without notice and refunds will not be given under these circumstances.
